STEPS ON HOW TO CONFIRM THE COMMISSION

  1. Read terms and conditions for a smooth transaction with the artist

  2. After reading you may go back to the homepage and see the art styles offered. Take note of the code of the artstyle you want.

  3. Answer the google form to confirm your order.

  4. After answering, kindly check your email for the order confirmation.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please be patient and nice when communicating, the artist will also do so.

The artist has the right to accept or decline a commission if the artist thinks that the commission is out of her skill range.

Detailed references and a description of what you want to see are NEEDED. This will help the artist give her utmost to give what you want to see.

The drawing process may last up to 1 week to 1 month. It may also be longer or shorter depending on the artist’s schedule. ( I’m still a student and I’m doing commissions for extra income, please bear with me.)

The drawing process will start once the deposit or full payment has been sent to the artist. During the process, the artist will send progress reports to the client. A progress report will include the following; initial sketch finished line art, flat colored drawing, and final output.

Major revisions such as changing the expression or changing the pose can only be accepted during initial sketches. The artist will only allow one major revision.

The client may request two minor revisions in the drawing final output.
The artist will accept rush commission (in less one week ) but with an additional fee which is 25% of the total commission rate.)

WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE

The client will receive a copy of the finished output in 2000 x 2000 pixels. The client may state otherwise.

FOR REGULAR COMMISSION
The client will receive the output in the format stated below

  • Backgroundless png format

  • Jpeg, and

  • One output in plain background ( any color stated by the client)

FOR EMOTES COMMISSION
The client will receive the output in the format stated below

  • Backgroundless png format in HIGH QUALITY AND SMALLER FILE SIZE ( FOR DISCORD )

WHAT CAN THE ARTIST WILL AND WILL NOT DRAW

WHAT THE ARTIST WILL DRAW

  • Human

  • Anime character

  • OC

  • SEMI REALISTIC

  • Humanoids ( inclusions of fangs, ear modification like wolf ear or elf ear)

  • Characters from a book or novel ( provided that the client will give full description and references)

WHAT THE ARTIST WILL NOT DRAW

  • Mecha

  • Furry

  • NSFW

  • Gore

  • Realistic

PAYMENT PROCEDURE

  1. Payment can be sent through GCASH or PAYPAL. If Paypal is used please choose family and friends because using business purpose has an additional fee

  2. The client may pay the deposit ( 50% ) or full before the artist starts.

  3. Refunds and/or cancellations are not allowed.

  4. Gcash Account and Paypal account will be sent through an invoice after confirming the order.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  1. You can use the output for PERSONAL USE ONLY. For commercial use please contact the artist for further details. Otherwise, do not resell, or use the artwork for business.

  2. The client cannot claim the artwork as theirs. You can post it to any social media platform but mention or tag the artist.

  3. The artist has reserved rights for the artwork which means that the artist may post the artwork on any of her public social media platforms. The client can specify whether he/she/they want to be tagged on the said post.

  4. The artist is a self-taught artist, with this please manage your expectations. The artist will draw according to her skill set and the samples sent.

  5. For emotes commission please read additional notes on the commission sheet posted by the artist.
